SOLUTION FOR WINTER BLUES

 

To my readers Happy New Year 2016
In New York we are having the most unpredictable winter, we have -6 degrees weather,frost bite, flu and colds not to mention a little depression. Of course I have a solution from mother nature.

For the cold and flu I recommend  SOUP. Vegetable soup with bakchoi and chicken soup with lots of green vegetables,carrots and pumpkin. These soups are full of vitamins and will boost your immune system to fight of any virus you may come in contact with during the winter season.

There is also oranges,grapefruit and strawberries to boost our vitamin C intake which is very good for keeping healthy and  happy until spring comes around.

Coffee is very good for the allergies and chest congestion, coffee will help open up our lungs and help with congestion.

Green Tea my favorite add some honey and lemmon juice and you are good for the day. Green tea will keep you chest clear, help with coughing and nasal drip it will also boost your immune system. Of course any type of tea is good for you but green tea is a super tea it also helps to calm your mood a lot.
